OrchestrateMCP is a stateless workflow-design advisor. The public website collects only the limited information described here.
Showcase submissions
If you submit a project, we receive its name, public HTTPS URL, description, optional builder handle, and optional client name. Every submission starts pending. Nothing appears publicly until a human approves it.
If approved, the project name, link, description, builder handle, and client name may be displayed publicly. Do not submit secrets, private URLs, personal contact details, or content you cannot share.
Abuse prevention
The submission endpoint uses fixed-window rate limits. The application converts the request address into a keyed one-way token and stores only that token with counters; it does not store the raw address in the showcase database. Counters use windows of at most 24 hours and expired rows are pruned during later submissions.
The hosting provider may still process standard request logs, including network information, under its own security and retention practices.
Use and retention
Submission data is used only to review, moderate, and display community projects. It is not sold. Pending, approved, or rejected entries remain until they are removed by a maintainer or at the submitter's request.
